Delivery Information

Delivery is free on orders above £750 – and costs £44.99 on orders under £750.*

Through our easy-to-use online store we supply to both domestic & commercial customers, delivering carpet and flooring direct to your door within 1-2 working days. If you order before 11.30am we will endeavour to get you your flooring the next day, if you so wish. Order after this time, and your delivery will arrive 2 working days later. (Working days are Monday to Friday).

For example, order after 11.30am on Monday and your delivery will arrive the following Wednesday. Or order before 11.30am on a Friday, your delivery will arrive the following Monday. Orders placed after 11.30am on a Friday (including Saturdays and Sundays) will be processed on Monday and available for delivery from the Tuesday.

Please be aware that the delivery of stair runners / bespoke rugs may take up to 3 to 5 weeks. Delivery of Louis de Poortere rugs may take up to 5 weeks.

When we receive your order, we will email to confirm your delivery date, if you do not receive a confirmation email then please email us at [email protected]

Due to insurance constraints we are only able to deliver to the kerbside, of the delivery address. Please make sure your delivery address and street is accessible by a lorry. Rolls of carpets can be quite large and heavy, so please make sure you have adequate storage. Please be aware that you may need 2 people to lift your flooring into your home.

There will be an additional £44.99 delivery charge to a UK address on orders below £750.

Inspection of Goods

You must inspect goods thoroughly before signing for delivery. When signing for a delivery you accept that the goods have been received in good usable condition. Never sign for goods as ‘not checked’. If goods are damaged on delivery you should not accept them and inform the courier to return them to the sender. You must inform us of this immediately. In the unlikely event of the goods being delivered faulty or damaged we undertake to deliver replacement goods free of charge.

Returns Policy

Please make every effort to ensure the goods ordered are suitable for your requirements. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods which have been signed for at the delivery without inspection. We will only accept goods for return that are damaged on delivery.

As most of our products are cut to size on order, we are unable to accept returns, please ensure you read and fully understand the measuring guide provided on this website.
